The package consists of 3 Palm applications.
Need Analysis helps agents to instantly calculate and record client's cash need and protection
need during client interviews. Client data may be imported to corporate database for
permanent storage and further analysis.
With Date Remind, sending of birthday cards and policy maintenance are no longer
tiresome tasks. Client data such as date of birth and policy dates are imported to Palm
address book. With just one click, reminders and tasks are generated to Date Book and
To Do List accordingly.
20 Points System increases agents' productivity by reminding them at least 20 points
need to be attained each day. Prospecting and selling activities, each worth different
points, are recorded. Agent's total and average points are calculated. Scores may be
imported to corporate database for performance monitoring.
