Fake bad review on AppStore

I checked an one star bad review of my Spell Number on US AppStore. It's okay since I got 1 star and 5 stars review every day. But look at this one:

Promote another app in other developer's review section is not a good idea. So look at what other apps that this reviewer has reviewed:

Oh... Three of the apps are for enabling emoji, all give 1-2 stars. Two other reviews are to the same developer who wrote another application to enable emoji, and he gave 5 stars for this two apps. Is it too obvious?

Moreover, strange enough, I saw this review on 11th March 2009, but the reviewer kept update every day and now the latest update is 14th March 2009. The reviewer is really working hard to push the review on the top of the list.
